Exotic Caye Beach Resort, San Pedro (Ambergris Caye)

I was really excited to stay here, but it turned out to be a total letdown. The location is misleading as there isn't an actual beach, just a seawall, and the overall condition of the place is in serious need of repair. On a positive note, the front desk staff was helpful and nice, but it couldn't make up for the lack of cleanliness and maintenance issues. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place unless they make substantial improvements.
